A “Safe Driver” is an employee of the organisation who uses their own car to transport customers to their desired locations.
CONDITIONS:
The private driver’s obligation is to use their own vehicle to drive the client to the location specified in the invoice or contract.
In any case, the organisation disclaims all liability for fire, theft, or damage to private property. It will not be held responsible for any injuries brought on by damaged brakes, poor condition of the vehicle, or failure of any of its components.
The client promised to make sure the car is insured and maintained correctly.
According to the UAE’s motor vehicle policy, the organization’s obligations in the event of any mishaps or accidents are limited to those stated in the auto insurance contract.
The organization’s maximum liability will be limited to a fare refund.
If the client mistreats him in any way that endangers the life of the client and the Safe Driver, the private driver has the right to stop the vehicle and stop providing the service.
If the vehicle breaks down during the trip or while being transported to the client’s location, the Designated Driver will try to make alternative plans at the Company’s discretion. There is no discount available for the unfinished component.
The organisation disclaims all duty and obligation for missed appointments brought on by snarled traffic, broken down vehicles, or potentially bad weather.
Until and unless the same is established, and only to the extent that it is caused by the Company’s ignorance, the Company will not be liable for defects in a Customer Vehicle that render it worthless.
The Company reserves the right to modify fees if it departs from its intended location to do so. Customers will be charged if they cancel or modify a reservation within an hour of the scheduled time.
The customer agrees not to interfere with the service while it is being provided in order to protect both himself and the personal driver.
By acknowledging the service, the customer declares that they have read and accepted the contract.
Please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than seven days after returning the car, if the customer receives a fine or has an accident or mishap while we are providing our service. Any tragedy, hurt, adjustments, or delays—including criminal traffic offenses—are not our duty if the client fails to report the situation within 7 days of the incidence.
